URGENT EXCHANGE WANTED, 2 BED FOR 2 BED in Catton, Northumberland for sale

Hello i have a beautiful 2 bed 1st floor flat (top floor) on george pope road, catton (NOT mile cross which is over aylshm road) . It is on a quiet road which is shut off halfway so no racers come up and down the road. I have recently re-decorated the living room in cream and teal and the rest of the flat is tidy. I have no garden or shed but a small balcony which has a long corridor bit to tie bikes against and outside cupboards. It also has a large attic. The neighbours are quiet and keep to themselves, have lived here for 5 years with no problems. Local shops/bus stops/schools and park are within a 5 min walking distance. I am desperately seeking a 2 bed flat/house to exchange with as i have a baby on the way, so it needs to have its own garden or if no garden then a shed or storage space. I am seeking a ground floor flat preferably but will consider 1st floor. Must accept pets and be on a quiet road. WILL offer help with removal costs for right place. NO towerblocks and NOT bowthorpe/larkman areas. MUST be in norwich due to work and family
